The project was implemented as a turnkey Hybrid Video Conferencing (VC) solution with centralized management and monitoring, enabling seamless connectivity over both intranet and internet networks. Omnilink Technology deployed an advanced enterprise video conferencing infrastructure using Polycom RealPresence, RMX, and DMA platforms, supporting up to 800 concurrent video calls. The solution offered browser-based one-click access, centralized scheduling, and auto-failover capabilities, ensuring high performance, reliability, and uninterrupted communication.

This robust setup enabled HD video conferencing, multi-device compatibility, and centralized control, making it ideal for large-scale government communication networks.
